I’m Winterlyn, a Chicago wedding photographer blending editorial portraits with honest, candid moments. My approach begins with getting to know you: what you’re looking forward to, who matters most, and where you might need a little extra guidance.
Before the wedding, I’ll help you plan photography timing, choose portrait locations, and organize your family photo list, working alongside your planner so it all fits naturally into your celebration. In front of the camera, you’ll have clear, thoughtful direction. From where to place your hands to how to move together, so you feel comfortable and look like yourselves. From sunlit Chicago rooftops to candlelit receptions, I know how to work with the light and create it when needed.
That preparation leaves room for beautifully composed portraits and the moments nobody could plan: your parents watching the ceremony, a spontaneous embrace, your favorite people filling the dance floor.
